so ive got my software installed the editor and the scanner..
the green light is on the hp tuner device ill go out to my 2000 z28 Camaro.
plug into the obdii port run the scanner as admin on windows 7
I will hit the lightning bolt for the scan and it tells me unable to create log...
the key to the car is on while im doing this
and ive also tried starting the car and no difference
Asus laptop windows 7 home premium 64 bit os
intel core i3 and 4 gigs of ram 200 gig hd
I just click the play button which is for start scanning or just hit the space bar for it to start to scan.
The lightning bolt for me is just to connect or disconnect the interface.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
well I had to reboot the system about 5 times an it started working now so im now able to scan codes.. and what not
i have he smeproblem at the moment. just shut my comp down for he fist time since loading the software. hope it sorts out! iv hade hp tuners for over a year now but JUST switched to a necomputr running windows 8. editor is flawless btw.
