    P0171/0174 on supercharged LS2

    Folks,

I have a 05 C6 with an LS2, supercharged and tuned by ECS some years and a meager 10k mls ago. It´s the Novi 1500 SL setup with the Paxton.

Car was perfect until I had to have a shop swap the i/c, bov and tubing after an accident. All new parts have been supplied by ECS who now use a different bov than at the time the initial install and tune was done. After the repair MIL comes on and error codes "too lean bank 1 + 2" keep showing up. After the swap of parts, I had the P0108 a couple of times before this, but that appears to be gone now.

A different shop looked for vac leaks on the install and around the MAF, tested the MAF and O2 sensors and tested and temporarily exchanged the MAP. Nothing. I checked on the PCV tubing and oil catch can on the passenger side for leaks, couldn´t find any. I also sprayed whatever I could reach with brake cleaner to see if the idle would go up. Nothing either.

I talked to the tuner and he claims he never got that sort of errors from the new bov. My shop logged some data (just in idle, tho) which I sent him and he said he tweaked some tables for me. Not sure what exactly he did. I had the shop reflash the ECM but no change whatsoever. Informed the tuner and asked for additional support but he seems to be too busy right now.

Apart from the MIL (which I had switched off in the meantime) and the codes the car runs like a charm. Quiet idle, steady acceleration, kickass at WOT.

I have no idea what else to look for. I attach the data file we logged and the one the tuner worked on and kindly ask the pros amongst you to look at it for me and maybe help.

Any advice on commonly seen vac leaks I may have overlooked or other troublesome areas is highly apreciated.

    Thanks,

    Alex

Is the BOV a new exact replacement or a different type. If the same, does it contain the same spring setup as the original? Do you have the old one to use its springs?
