2007 dod delete and 220r cam

We have been fighting this truck for a while with an offsite tune. The truck is stock other then the DOD delete, cam and gutted cats with flowmaster. We are not looking for a power master just good driveability. The truck has no bottom end at all. you cant even power brake it to spin. We went from 19 mpg with a stock bent push rod to now its getting about 14 on the highway. could someone please help? I am not a tuner and dont claim to be. Its all greek to me. Im trying to learn though. I know its good practice to tune on the dyno but i dont think with our minor mods we should have to.

well, we hooked it up and found our tps shows 27 at idle and 83% at WOT. I know it wont ever read 0 but should it be 100 or close to 100 at WOT?

Log ETC position, not TPS if you want to see 100%

thanks for the reply, ill try that. but it is reading so even if it wasnt going WOT, that wouldnt effect the bottom end power though would it?
