    WB o2 afr at cruise

    Guys,

What are some of you seeing for afr under part throttle cruise conditions? I'm curious to know how lean is too lean. Please input your afr's.

It depends on the stoich of the fuel, but your 93 gas is 14.7 :1 at idle and up to about 75 kpa map and then you should start to richen the AFR to 13:1 .

At cruise you can lean the afr to as lean as 15.7:1 without doing to much damage, but your better off keeping it under 15.3:1. The thing is anything leaner than stoich at cruise the engine will loose some torque feel and become a bit doey on the throttle. I have played around with this on my tune for ages and this is what I have found and reverted back to 14.7:1 or lambda =1 at cruise.
