We replaced the Instrument Cluster and now it won't start. It looks to be a security issue. Can I download and save the flash with the old instrument cluster and then replace the cluster and upload the flash?

Will that work?

you're probably going to have to go to a ford dealer and do a parameter reset with their IDS and you need to take 2 keys and reprogram them for the PATS antitheft system for it to start...you can have it running change out cluster and drive to a dealer(just don't turn it off) tell them you changed out the cluster
