So i bought a scanner and 8 credits a few months ago. I used 2 credits to unlock my computer and make it 3 bar. I found out i may have a faulty computer. So i grabbed a new computer but when i try to unlock it is is saying i am out of credits. any thing i should look for or have to do ?????? any help is appreciated.

email support with a vcm suite infolog while connected to the vehicle in question.
BTW VCM scanners come with 0 credits out of the box.
