Limp mode and lots of codes

So last night I was out driving and right as I was pulling into my neighborhood my car went into limp mode with the "engine power reduced" messages or w/e and I got a CEL.

Hooked HPT up and got the following codes...

P0193 - Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor A Circuit High (SES)
P0452 - Evaporative Emission System Pressure Sensor/Switch Low
P0807 - Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Low
P0642 - Sensor Reference Voltage A Circuit Low
    P0107 - Manifold Absolute Pressure/Baro Sensor Low
    P0237 - Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low

The VCM scanner is picking up that my rail pressure is 2900psi and the car drove fine minus the lack of power until I got the car into my drive way and it idled fine as well.

Any suggestions on where I start my troubleshooting with this? lol

I'm thinking the PCM died or my harness died or both.

It has to be a power related failure. Either a ground is missing or some relay fried, a fuse etc.. Thats several codes that don't necessarily relate to each other

I could be wrong, but doesn't all of the wiring for those sensors run right by the hot side pipe? You may want to check for melted wiring.
