beginner in turning

i have a camaro 2000 ls1 bolts on and small cam
i wanna know if the problem i have is mechanical or tuning problem
when i drove it with the previous tune it misfire and it not run properly however i changed the tune to the stock tune the car is much better but still the car jerking i was wondering if i need to change the the spark plug, coils or temperature sensor which is located in the head
