I just had a tuner tune the car with a wide ban and did a scan of the car. It seems the 02's are still running rich at idle and then comes into line under driving conditions? The wide ban was a machine clipped into the tail pipe, is it maybe from my 02 sensors showing different readings vs his wide ban?? Copy of my scan:
