    Cam Timing

I know the theory of how to adjust cam timing for maximum efficiency for a Turboed engine (I think).. But which table do we adjust and how do we use the tables? Any tips would be great

    Thanks,

All I know from asking here is the tables are back to front in the cam angle tables when it says -10 it's actually advanced not retard and 10 would be retarded. As well it's not in deg of the cam say you had adjustable sprockets and you moved it 10deg in the table 10 isn't 10deg on the cam it's 10deg on the crank I'm pretty sure. I am keen to know more as well I played around with adjusting it but made car worse since I first didn't know about the opposite part so was doing opposite to what it should be

-10 is advanced. It's not backwards it crank tdc minus 10 ie ten degrees before. A positive number indicates degrees past tdc.
