converter lockup lean issue

I have a 2000 ls1 with a torque v2 and prc 225 heads. The converter is a circle d 3600. I am running speed density and am currently trying to tune the ve tables using a wideband. The problem I am having is my afr will be perfect in every cell, but once the converter kicks in it goes lean in the same cells that were just showing perfect. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated guys. Thanks
