Here are the basics. 56 chevy, Stock z06 swap with 4l60. Car was tuned and ran great for 2000 miles. Battery terminals came loose and car shut down. The ECU showed no codes and would hit but no keep running. I reflashed the tune (write entire) and the car runs perfect. This lasts for 3 weeks until I let it run out of gas while idling here in the shop. I get a TP correlation error that I blame on running out of fuel. Clear the error and fuel up, car will hit but not keep running. Flash a write entire, car runs perfect. It is as if once the ecu trips a code that it will not clear internally.

Here is what I have done since the car was brought back to me for this.
1. Put engine harness on its own relay( was powered thru ignition switch and had a pretty big voltage drop)
2. Installed ground between block and frame ( had only stainless ps lines making ground)
3. Put twin electric fans on their own power lead. (substantial voltage drop when fans came on)

I thought I had it all fixed after the wiring repairs but it shut down again. A re-flash always recovers it.

Thanks for any help
