    Torque managment

    TO MAX OUT OR TO NOT MAX OUT " MAX TORQUE vs RPM '

    My dyno tuner also zeroed out my torque vs rpm table .
    What’s the truth to below post & reply = ANYBODY ??? =

    Posters question
    I was using this thread as a guide looking at what a tuner did to my PCM on my 2001 6.0 before I got hp tuners.
    In the Maximum Torque vs. RPM table he zeroed everything out, while you suggest Maxing it out.
    Any idea why he would have done that?

    Max it out. It's Maxium Torque vs. RPM table, meaning it's the most torque you can have at any given RPM. Zeroing it out would mean you allow NO torque.

    OPOSED TO;
    DISABLE ALL TORQUE MANAGEMENT – This will eliminate all torque management within the PCM.
    A. Open the VCM Editor>Edit>Transmission>Torque Management
    B. Set Abuse Mode Enable = False
    C. Set Abuse Mode RPM, Abuse Mode TPS and Abuse Mode Speed = 0
    D. Select>Abuse Mode Torque Reduction vs. RPM. Set all values = 0
