LTFTs not working

Can someone look at this tune and tell me why my LTFTs aren't working? It is a mail order tune that I have been tweaking on, but I haven't been able to figure this out...HELP PLEASE!!!

What is happening to make you think the LTFT's a rent working? show us a log. Make sure the 02 sensors are toggling.

Here's a scan. Any other suggestions on getting this tune better would be appreciated. I keep making minor changes to spark and pe with discouraging results.

did you have the LTFT disabled before? maybe do a write entire

Trims have been disabled since I loaded the mail order tune. Gonna try the write entire.

Edit: I just read the help section on "write entire". Simply put, it scared the shit out of me lol! Is it possible my mail order tuner put some sort of tunerlock on the LTFTs? I will be driving the truck to him soon for a dyno tune, but it runs so crappy that I just wanted to get it better before going to the dyno (100 miles away). Also, he uses efilive. Does that matter?
