    cylinder charge temperature bias

i have an turbocharged lsx 376 with a holley high ram. im running an e38 with the custom 2 bar os. i can get the ve table with in 2% or so but then when temp changes outside it is like 10% lean. i live in el paso area so outside teemp swings big here 110 during the day to 75 or so at night. i tried moving the iat sensor to the intake manifold on some advice of a local tuner but it seems to have made it worse. so im thinking i should either a- move iat to discharge side of air to air or b- if going from a composite to an aluminuim intake i should change the charge bias to ect until im moving large quantities of air aka boost or both. anybody with any experiance with this please help or if i didnt include enough info what do i need to include.
thanks for any help ahead of time.
