Hello, I am new to tuning and I have installed a L78/6l80 out of a 2009 G8 GT into a 1966 nova. The only tuning that I have done is remove VATS and turned off DOD. The cars runs and shifts fine as long as you drive it normal. My problem is under power it will not up shift until you let off of the throttle! Any suggestions how to setup the TCM would be greatly appreciated!

adjust your part throttle shift speeds for the 100% column and down to suit. If your logging VSS check that it lines up to your actual mph.
generally the wot speeds tables have little no affect on the shift speeds I've found.
Is there anyway to turn off the shift speed and let it shift by rpm at WOT.
^^^I tried that and the trans shifted really crazy. Are you in Maryland?
