Purchased HPT Pro Second Hand
I'm sure this has been covered a million times but I'm guessing I just need to get the attention of the moderators.
As the title implies I recently purchased HPT Pro second hand. I have the complete cable and the original email to the original owner stating the application key and interface serial number(matches the sticker on the cable).
Of course, the issue is that I am unable to create a login and download the software because the previous owner of the cable has already done so with these credentials. How would I go about having this account transferred to me or creating a completely new account using the same credentials? Thanks in advance for any and all help!

Squared away, got his credentials and logged in then changed the info for me. Now trying to get the cable to work. When I plug it in the computer isn't recognizing it.
