I know that in D1 it hold 1st and D2 it holds 2nd, but in D3 it's 1-2-3.
Is there anywhere in the tune that would force D3 to hold 3rd gear and not downshift to 1st or 2nd?

I think you can select 3rd with the scanner and it will stay there. Is this for a dyne run?

Yes for dyno runs, but would also be nice in a road racing situation where I wouldn't want a surprised downshift to happen. Yeah would be nice to have a manual, but for an overall daily driver, drag strip and road race car it's nice to have an auto, just wish I could control it more (like in D1 or D2).
Actually I just realized that I can max out the normal shift tables for 3-2 shift, that way it will never downshift to 2nd while in 3rd unless I manually put it in D2.
