Are the prediction coefficients "active" or do they even matter when in 2 bar SD (without MAF)?

They should not matter since it balances input from MAF and VVE. However, this would be an easy test. Change them all to 0 then log, then change them all to 1 and log.
A standard approach will give you standard results.

Dynamic airflow is calculated differently with MAF failed, but Prediction Coefficients are still derived from the MAP sensor.

This is good to know. I know even though the MAF is failed it's still somehow used for torque calcs. Don't understand how, but logs show it to be true. Any chance you can find the patents for how delivered torque is calculated
