Lost my AC and Dome light function when programming a 06' F150

Like the title says, I lost the dome light function and AC on my truck when I tried to put a modified tune on the truck, (which did nothing to improve the drive ability) So I put back the stock saved fine. Still no AC clutch engagement or dome lights when I open the doors! Is there a certain way the truck has to be programmed? Like the door open or closes , ac on or off?

did you check all of your fuses and the dome light itself to see if it was blown? did you try to turn on the dome light with the switch?

I figured it out, nothing will work with the data plug still plugged in. Once I removed the interface everything went to work just fine.
Totally different than all the GM's that I have done.......This was my first try at the Fords

thats upsetting. ill be tuning my 04 f150 soon and dont want this to happen. :/
