Upgrade from 1bar to 3bar and now it barely runs!

I just got my truck fired up last weekend and was able to run it well enough below boost to get about 10 miles on it. I kept the 1 bar tune for testing before going to 3 bar. I upgraded to 3 bar yesterday, copied my VE table rows to the appropriate spots, then did a write entire. Went to start it up and it was running at 10-11.5:1 afr and would barely stay running. I tried making a few changes here and there to the VE but not much better. I've been looking around a bit for a few hours without much luck on a fix.

I finally got it to idle after going crazy on the VE table. Now the VE is all sorts of messed up! Almost the entire thing is over 100's. That doesn't seem right at all. I thought it was just a simple upgrade OS, copy VE values where you can and it runs the same (or at least close to). What am i missing?

This 1bar tune was running pretty good right off the bat on my 402. It's just a 6.0 file tweaked for my injectors and DTC stuff. Timing set low to be safe.
DTCs shut off, timing lowered, 1 bar..hpt

Here is basically the exact same tune just in 3bar.

Yes. That is what I forgot to add to the first post. Lots of the search results I got were people trying to run a different tune with the wrong sensor. I have this one. Just a basic 3 bar sensor. http://www.ebay.com/itm/321102792450...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

I already have an appointment for a professional tune on the 23rd of this month. I need to get it driving and at least hit some boost so I can trust it when I hand the truck off to be tuned for ~20psi.

You're pretty far out there in left field. Try starting with this one. This is a BASE TUNE built off a stock VE table. It is by no means a finished product, nor should you expect it to run great. It's a starting point for you.

If you pulled the EH1 before I edited my post, use this one instead. The way you had it setup, it would have never went into PE. I didn't catch that until after I had posted the first version. So, use the EH2 instead.

Wow sweet, thank you. I'm not sure if I'll get to try that tune out because I discovered after a few more hours of searching about MAP sensors that the one that I have turns out to be the 3.3bar Duramax one that nobody seems to like. I talked to DSteck and ordered a new sensor from him. I decided to stop wasting time on the 3.3bar sensor and put the 1 bar back in and it's been working fine so far below boost. I appreciate you taking the time to make some changes to it though.

By the way edcmat-l1- The crank and rods I bought from you last year have been doing great.
