very rough idle please help

Been trying to get this problem ironed out but im getting nowhere. 6.0, gt2-3, tvs 2300,42lb injectors that come with kit yes im sure my data is not correct but we all know there is none for these. problem is at idle engine shakes, makes truck shake, this cam should be smooth as stock. my trims look good at idle I have tried running on ve only and tried running on maf only, no difference. I can make engine smooth as silk by using bi directional controls and moving AFR to around 13.0, what does this mean? to me it makes me think I have a vac leak but wouldn't my trims give me some indication of this? Im going to post my tune up now then im going back out to do a log of it idling, is there anything I should be logging in particular?

here is a short log its not much but at least it shows that everything seems to be normal, o2s are moving, yes my bank 1 trim is slightly different from my bank 2. im starting to wonder about my x-link and 87mm throttle body, could they cause this?

Anyone? I know someone here can tell me how screwed up my tune is. this truck to me is not performing well at all. how can I get a more smooth running engine? as soon as I richen up the AFR the engine stops shaking. Im going to do some more tuning on the base airflow table once engine sits over night. Is there something im overlooking?
