For me, I'm simply using the stock clutch fill times, overall slip times and ramp rates. All I have done, is completely disable TQ Management and shift management, up the max line pressure to 250 psi, and move all the upper throttle/torque shift pressure on all my up shift tables, as well as add 10% or so to my part and mid throttle shift tables to give it less of a spongy shift feel.

This is a stock 2012 5.0L/6R80 trans, in a 4400 lb 4 door Mercury Marauder. The WOT shifts are aggressive and hit hard at the shift point, as demonstrated in the video.

Thanks, I was not going higher than 150, i will check that.
I have to try also completly disable tq management in engine part.

"move all the upper throttle/torque shift pressure on all my up shift tables"

Oncoming or offgoing? Or both? Do you know what is difference?

I only modified the Oncoming 1A>2M, 2M-3M, 3M-4M, 4M-5M, 5M-6M. And, only change the last 3 rows or so to the max pressure (250 psi for me). MAKE SURE to change the Max Pressure from 150 to 250 as well or it won't command more than 150 no matter what you put in the shift tables. Also, on the 2-3 and 3-4 you might start off with 200 psi as these trans can shift very hard and I have found that 250 is a bit rough for me on those shifts.

Also, I turned off Up Shift Torque Reduction and Trans Torque Truncation in the transmission tq management tab. My engine TQ Management tab was not altered.

This is how I've been running my setup, which has a lot of street time and dragstrip passes. My setup is near stock, so higher HP cars or might react differently and require modification that I've not been able to come across yet. ALL of my clutch fill times/ramp rates are 100% stock as of now.

Just an update on this end. I was able to successfully tune a 2014 3.7L Mustang/6R80 combo using this shift method. The shifts are very crisp/clean and hit very good under WOT only conditions. Part throttle and light accel still retain stock-like shift feel, however that can be adjusted to suit the customer based on pressure vs. load/tq settings in each up shift pressure table.
