How to change timing and fuel

Guy's, I forget how to change both, What window do I start with and can someone walk me threw it by changing my settings for my wideband to hit 13.0 Is there a math equestion for this.

This is too much for a simple forum post, I suggest you start with the manual and then ask specific questions from there. If you have done it before you should be able to refresh yourself fairly quickly.
