I've noticed with my E38 in my Camaro, when I tip into the throttle at idle...nothing happens until 5-6% registers on the pedal, and at that point, the tach jumps to 2000 RPM.
At that point, if I back off to 4% the tach can come down a little, but then suddenly it drops to idle again. It's basically impossible to hold the car between idle and 2000 RPM in neutral.
I know the TB can do it...if I go into real time controls, I can command 800, 900, 1000, 1100, 1200...it hits those RPM's every time...what am I missing that's keeping my foot from doing it?
...really makes an M6 car with an aggressive clutch annoying in traffic.
