    LS1 to LS376/480 tune

I recently replaced my LS1 with a GMPP LS376/480. I plan on using the existing ECU from a 2000 Camaro to run the engine. I have attached a map of the current LS1 map. I have also downloaded a couple maps for the 376/480 from the forum. My tuning abilities on LS engines with HP Tuners is very small right now.

    1. A Lingenfelter 58x-24x crank signal converter is installed to convert the LS3 signal to a LS1 signal. Will I have to adjust the map to correct for that signal?
    2. Is the stock LS376-480 map.hpt compatible with my current setup?

    Thanks!

    No and no.

You need to find out a tuner who will tune your engine on a dyno.

Alternatively you may purchase an email-tune from someone who has enough experience of LS376/480 tuning. Not me, but I would say there are plenty of them in this forum and it would not surprise me if you already got some pm's.
