    Changing fuel sending unit values

Not sure if this is in the right area. What I'm trying to do is get fuel sensor level through the obdII so my ultra guage will read fuel level. The vehicle is a fiero and the sending unit goes from e- 0 ohms to f- 90 ohms. The PCM I have withe the 3800 is from a 00 Grand Prix and they use I think e - 40 ohms to f - 250 ohms. From what I gather the differences won't allow the PCM to give the correct level. I seen a thread that shows someone playing with the fuel tank sizes and sender values.

    http://www.ls1gto.com/forums/showthread.php?t=399573

What my question is if I input the tank size of the fiero and put in the fiero sender values, will the PCM now read the correct reading? I would just go out and try it but I will have to wire it in first as with the swap the fuel level sensor input isn't used in the PCM.

I just tried accessing the fuel system panel in the editor and it comes up blank.

Ahhhh nooooo, hurry I need it. How come it was working in that older thread link? Also got a guesstimate as to when that might be ready, I won't be able to do what I'm trying to do with out it.

We have no plans to add any of these for gtp pcm's.
