T42/T43 on E38

We have done Trans upgrade on Chevy Lumina 07 ( pontiac G8 in US ) from 4l65E to 6l80E, hers what we have done ( 09+ model is 6l80e )

Change Trans
Change Trans cradle
change Engine Wire Harness ( for Trans plug )
change Drive shaft

the issue is tuning since it was T42 and it doesnt work with 6l80e so how could I upgrade it to T43, shall rewrite newer OS or change the 09+ ECM, also T43 is coming inside the Trans not outside like T42.
let me hear your advices ^__^

Hook it all up and read the file out. It'll read out with a 6-speed transmission operating system.
