Going back to stock 1 bar from 2 bar OS

I'm putting my car back to stock to sell it, so I put the stock map sensor back in, and put my VE table back to stock...when I start the car it runs fine, until I give it gas then it fouls out the plugs. I've put all the tables back to original and its still doing it, so I'm thinking the scaling for the map sesnor if causing it. Is there a way to delete the added VE table back to stock? I tried to load my stock file back into the ecm but it says the numbers aren't lining up?

When trying to load the stock file in you will have to do a "write entire" and this will change the OS back to standard
