Little annoying issue

Car is fully tuned. Car drives like a dream. Trims are all perfectly dialed in, car runs smooth, idles great. Then....

All of the sudden randomly like 10 minutes later, the car's short term fuel trims skew - 30 and car starts misfiring like a bitch. Then the short fuel trims go back to zero, car starts to run awesome, then the short fuel trims go + 30 and the car idles like a bitch again. No codes. What the fuck...Going down the highway and all of the sudden the car sounds like it's dying. She won't accelerate. Then the car will recover and go back to running normal. WTF. haha. Should get a log of it but it doesn't happen each time.

Bump? Car today went to afr of 26.5 cruising. 196 misfires. Doesn't accelerate. Sounds like shit. 5 minutes later - car starts running normal again.

What motor is this on? Also a log would be nice to see if it happens randomly or if it's something that happens with a pattern. A copy of the tune would also be helpful. From the sounds of it I would think it's a sensor issue or wiring issue going to the sensor.
