He tried, still didn't work. Sounds like they might be using some other pcm.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Not sure to be honest, Eric would probably know better than I would.

I got your email about the picture of the PCM, sent email to support with what Eric had posted in the other thread. At this point I have discounted enough of this customers bill that it has been a hassle for him with so many trips to us to have to explain "well it didn't work again, maybe next time". Unfortunately I think after some more research if the email with the attachments I sent doesn't help then we will be putting this product away and going with different manufacturer. Fingers crossed.

Yeah if ford decided to do something screwy with the 2010 raptor vs the 2010 non raptor fseries it would require us to purchase one of the pcm's so we can add read support for it, then definition support, etc. even if you were able to read the pcm today it could be weeks or more before the definition would be done.

My paperwork says that OS ID is an ESYS, which is like the newer PCMs.

    Is this a 6.2L Raptor, or a 5.4L Raptor?

I think this must be an oddball if it is a 6.2L. The 5.4L Raptor was really no different than the 09-10 5.4L F150s we already support. The 2011+ Raptors are Copperhead PCMs.

We may need to get on of these PCMs in the office to dissect here.

So it is a redheaded stepchild. We are likely going to need to get one of these PCMs in our possession to see what is happening.

Is this read done using 2.24 or 2.25 Beta? If 2.24, please pull it out using 2.25 and email it to support and I'll get the appropriate stuff added so the software will recalc the checksums and you can use the file you have.
