Help... '07 F150/Mark LT 5.4L changing the timing

I am having what I believe is torque management timing issues. I uploaded the modified file and a scan. I am sure that I missed something dumb.
What is optimal timing for a Ford 5.4L in a fullsize truck? Stock with a K&N intake and cat-back exhaust, he runs premium.
If you see anything else feel free to chime in!

    Thank you!

If you add timing to the borderline it can not be higher than mbt spark unless you increase mbt spark. If you think it is torque management disable torque management and do another log and compare. Check your max throttle angle under electronic throttle also you may want to increase it. and the rpm table also for throttle.

The MBT table was still higher than the borderline.
thanks for the ETC/TPS advice though it looks like it would only max at 83%. I will set it that to 99% and try it tonight.
