Where does the dynamic air PID get its information from? Is it only the MAP sensor or is it something else added in?

I was having a problem with low end driving under 1800 rpm's where all of the sudden it would double to triple the dynamic air and dump fuel going super rich (10 afr solid) and it would last until whenever it felt it needed to. If I was sitting at a stop it would flood out and kill the engine.

Changed out the MAP sensor this morning and everything seemed to be working awesomely then all of the sudden it did it again. Though it only lasted for about two seconds it was still there. Only happened once all morning as opposed to the 60%+ of the time with low end driving that it was.

I thought maybe a vacuum leak but I cannot find one to save my life.
