Your AFR is WAY too rich. Set your PE to 13.0 and tune your VE/Maf tables to match.

Okay, I set the PE to 13 and retuned ve and maf. Nothing I have done so far has made any impact on my injector duty though. Do you think I should get my injectors drilled or am I missing something here?

So I bought new injectors. 42's from fuel injector connection and it seems to have solved the problem. Here is a scan from after the install if there is anyone viewing this with a similar issue. Running really rich now. I guess I have to tune the ve again
