I have been unable to make a read from my Opel Astra engine LHU/LDK
Any ideas ? I get "Checksum error"
Support tolds me this E39A software is not supported but I read this is exactly same as LHU Buick Verano.
Any ideas ?
If not supported how long I must wait for the update ?

Did you send file to support as the prompt said?
If it's not supported (definition/Vin not added) you wont be able to tune it.
Not sure why you are asking here, I clearly answered all of your questions last night via email.
For the record the astra in question does NOT share the same operating system so its a new definition, and as stated last night via email I've added it into our work in queue but its a very low priority so it could be weeks or months until mapped depending on our workload.
