Sometimes it's on a piece of paper/invoice I think.
Otherwise just email support at hptuners.com and they can help you out.

Are you able to login the customer section with your device ID?
If it didn't come with the interface shoot support an email, we'll get you up and running

What's it look like? Is it that HPTV2.13.xxxx at the bottom of the instructions? I tried that with my email address and that did nothing.
If that's not it, is the vendor who it was purchased from supposed to issue the key? Everything is suggesting a key was emailed to me, but that never happened... I have received no emails from HP tuners... So now what?
My above post is pretty clear what you should do.
