IGN timing lower in closed loop compared to open loop?

I have searched and can't find anything related to what issue I am having.

I just finished tuning in OL my VE and MAF a couple weeks ago and got everything dialed in for the most part. The issue I am having is the commanded IGN timing is lower once I put it in Closed Loop.

When I would log my WOT pulls in OL, either SD or MAF my IGN timing would be correct (24* at 6500 rpm).

When in CL with MAF and SD combined, I only see a max of 21* IGN timing at 6500 rpm.

I have logged zero knock in all logs. All the associated tables that adjust IGN timing in my current tune are either zero'ed out or do not affect my situation.

Please take a look at my logs and current tune and see what you guys can find.

As you can see in my "3apr OL MAF" log my commanded IGN timing is correct. In my "29APR CL 2" log, the commanded IGN timing is lower.

    I am lost on this.

    Thanks guys!

**My WOT pulls happen at about 6 minutes in my 29APR CL log

Hmm...I have been reading a lot about Burst Knock and it causing some FI guys to lose commanded timing even when nothing is being detected in the datalogs. I am at work and can't confirm my settings in my tune.
