p0300 code at 5th gear

I have a holden V8 2012 6.0 (L77) with camshaft (gt1-1), intake, headers and cat-back

I tuned it but i'm facing at 130 mph a check-engine-light

I scanned it and I found it's code p0300 random miss fire

some times when I release the pedal, the light gone immediately

can I find your support which is appreciated?
