Hi I have tried to email support@hptuner and bill and just get delivery notice failures. I have tried to different email accounts and have the same problem

sounds like an email issue on your end, try using the form on our contact page.

I did and it did the same thing when I replied back. I will try just emailing 1 file at a time and see if it works
Seemed to work just sending the files 1 at a time
I have no outstanding emails at this time, If you did not receive a response its because I never received anything and I recommend using the contact page.
