    DBW 3bar os problems

    I have a 2003 Silverado PCM that I have applied a 3bar OS to.

    Car runs fine with the original MAP sensor, but once the 3bar OS has been installed along with the 3bar map I am having problems with p0106 and going lean when any throttle input has been given according to the wideband.
    And when I say lean I mean the car dies afr of 22.
    Any ideal?

    Well I just tried a GM 466 2bar map, no more P0106 but still going super lean when you tip in on the throttle.

    2bar map sensor is a GM 539 FYI...

    Well, first off, your DTC's for the MAF are not set correctly.
    Each (P0101, 102 and 103) should be set to Mil on 1st Error. You can enable the SES to on so the check engine light tells you the MAF is failed.

    The VE table looks completely different from mine.

    This goes to 315 KPA in 10 KPA increments. 5KPA increments from 15 to 105KPA

    I don't know why the difference. Maybe an older version of HPT?
