    Angry very disappointed about hptuners

i´ve ordered two Interfaces and a lot of credits about 6 month ago.
i didn´t received any invoice for it and sent hptuners already 8 mails with all details.
no reply, no invoice, no Feedback, nothing.

    thank you for nothing.

Not to sounds rude, but it could almost sound like you might be doing something wrong if none of your emails get to them.

Are you emailing them at support (at) hptuners.com???

    Try a different email??
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

What email address are the emails coming from? I can go through all my emails from the last 5 or so months.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

i have sent mails to Support@... and i have used your contact-Formular several times.
i am from Germany so it is a bit difficult to call u.

i guess sending 8 mails to known and existing mail-adresses should be enough.

my regular mailadress is not this .at-adress.

so, how can we proceed to help me getting my invoices ?

I'll forward it to our sales manager Jay who should be able to take it from here.
