Open Loop Injector Pulse Width calculation help

Working an engine swap 2009 Silverado project and have a general question as to the pcm inputs utilized to develop injector pulse widths in open loop Maf tune. Question is related to almost a 3ms difference (22 vs. 19ms) between Bank 1 and 2 injector pulse widths. Looking for a Bank related input sensor that cold drive the PCM to develop different pulse widths like above.

    Thanks

Have you confirmed that there isn't an existing trim?

No, I've always wondered if on a re-flash do the trims remain even from previous flashes? I have re-flashed several times in Open Loop with trims disabled. But a good place to look, thanks Dave.

That could only add to the fueling in PE correct?

    Still stymied......

So after a weekend of googling and posting on other tuning site, I have found nothing other than Dave's suggestion on a lingering trim value and some vague statement about knock sensors. Will also recheck fuel pressure/volume and go back over my notes...... Will check these out this am and continue the struggle. Will try SD once again I guess just to have a plan going forward because right no I am stymied.
