i don't know what size your equinox tb is but after adding heavily modifying the factory tb i machined it to 70/75 and 90. 70 was hard to control but since i had it all locked down on the dyno i would only see fluctuations every so often. 90mm was a beast at 35psi netting an extra 18 hp at the same boost levels on the 70/75, but unfortunately was a idling nightmare that ended with programming a high idle speed.

hex coding allowed a few other changes but i outsourced that due to my non-existent coding skills.

Well I think the equinox tb is only 5 mm bigger lol but yes it is a idling nightmare.. I can get other people's cars to idle perfect but mine sounds like a Honda with a bad iacv

have you tried bumping rpm by 50 just to see if upping the required air helps settle the plate movement?

i have tried 50 rpm 100 and 200 nothing really helps I have gotten it to idle at 800 at 18* perfect no hiccups but after 2 weeks its hunting and timing is going from -6 to 20. i wish we had more idle tables so it would be easier to correct this problem lol

SIDE NOTE: Don't forget to correct the 600 rpm row in the main spark tables and change it to 800 rpm to match the optimum spark tables.
Hey Bill should the MS table load axis match the OS tables? Os shows 0 to start and MS shows 15. does this matter?

Mikes timing table thread just got me thinking. Thanks

Idk why they are different stock. I would treat it like the MS and OS at 600/800 rpm. Idk why MS is at 600 and OS at 800. I just changed the MS to 800.

What about the load axis on the OS table? It reads 0. The MS table reads 15. So do you suggest putting the OS table to 15 instead of 0 or the other way around? Thanks Bill

Try both and see how you like it. What does it do when at 0 or at 15? Change it and find out.

My goal is for people to learn to try tables out and test them on their own. You guys may come up with something we never thought of and be able to teach us. Or maybe you guys will perfect something better then we have. The goal is to learn it not take what we have done.

Then too we may never know if anyone has perfected something if they don't tell us what they do. lol its all good. So many of you have worked your butts off, and worn your engines out to learn this stuff. I cant blame anyone for holding back a little or a lot. I'm just grateful for the help I've gotten. I hope this doesn't sound factious, because its not. Thanks Mike and all.

The only things I hold back are specific numbers for tables or current theories in the testing stage in which case I talk to a couple of the great minds to get a different persons insight but even then they don't get all the facts until it's completed and then they are the ones that see.
