need help tuning please! 2008 my8.5 holden calais (ly7)

hi ive got a 2008 september build holden calais v6. It has the ly7 (my8.5) motor and I've done an orssom otr, 20% underdrive pulley kit, ported intake manifold, 12mm insulators, 210/210 cams, 3.7 lsd diff, and a 2.5' cat back exhaust. I've taken my car to 3 different hp tuner shops all of which told me before hand that they could tune it however when they try to tune it my ecu rejects everything. The vin numbers on my ecu have been changed to try and trick the car that its a different year build but there is still another part of my ecu that has picked up on this change and still wont let me tune it. Any help is greatly appreciated as I'm at the point where soon i will have to take out the mods due to needing a drivable car for work.
