Since your in the Enhanced EIO section here I will assume your working with a wideband. Now, forget the AFR stuff, it's old news. You need to wrap your head around working in Lambda from this point forward. Since your new to this, right now is the time to get off on the right foot here! This link will show you how to set your config up properly for wideband tuning of your PCM.

And this link will show you the conversion of AFR to Lambda. Use this chart as a reference until you get a good feel for what Lambda your aiming for when in PE mode with different types of induction systems. Be it N/A, FI, or Nitrous. You'll always aim for Lambda 1 no matter what fuel you are tuning, then you choose your PE Lambda value and use your new cfg to get your target.

**and a side note for you, Wallace Racing has a couple of really interesting calculators on their site that may be to your liking as well. Poke around there a bit to see what they have!
