2 bar SD turbo start-up tune issues

    hello,

this is my first turbo build, and i was trying to get a start up tune so it would idle, but i am not having any luck; AFR goes very lean and it dies (greater than 17 on AEM UEGO W/B). i checked for possible vacuum leaks at the intake ports but didn't find any. Ive compared my injector data to others in the repository and mine seem pretty close with them.

hoping someone could take a look and chime in. current tune is attached below.

    Specs:
    5.3 with "317" heads
    ls6 cam
    ls1 intake
    Siemens deka 60 #injectors
1:1 FPR at 40 lbs of pressure
8 an feed and 6 an return
    bosch 044 inline pump.
    76 MM turbocharger

    thanks DG.

Yes. The ECM has to see the MAF fail for SD tune only. Here are few thing you need to disable as well. With out a log,I have you set your idle up.

Also put the correct idle value in the first cell of the MAF curve, it will still use that one to try and start til MAF fails.

Sorry if i forgot to include that i have removed the MAF completely and im only running a Syclone/Typhoon IAT sensor.

But i Appreciate the input and will hopefully get to flash this new calibration tonight.
