NMRA Bradenton / Spring Break Shootout

This past weekend Jay, Bill, and myself attended the NMRA season opener. This was a first for HP Tuners (attending a Ford only event). It was great meeting some of you.

We even got our decals out of a few cars. There is a LOT OF INTEREST in tuning the 2011+ Mustang. 2014 is going to be a good year.

    STAY TUNED

Definitely alot of fast cars there... seemed like every other stock looking coyote was running in the 9's or 10's.

Oh and it was a lot hotter than expected I got sunburn real bad lol
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Having not been to an NMRA event in probably 5 years, I was surprised at the amount of Coyote cars running. I would imagine nearly half of the cars were 5.0Ls.

I may make a Ford guy outta you after all! That 5.0L Cobra jet with the Whipple 2.9L running 7s is impressive. I don't care what brand you like.

In reality the first car that gave me "the bug" was an 88 Ford mustang GT that I owned, got some pretty good stories out of that car

    No kidding?

I had a 1992 Mustang 5.0 LX that started it for me.
