high and low octane tables referenced the wrong way around?
I have been finishing a supercharged 382 LS1 (02 Corvette) today and at first wondered why advance is so darn low. I was commanding 15 degrees and getting 4 with zero knock retard (burst and real). After killing all factors which could take out advance I saw that it uses low octane table values, knock learn factor hovering at 0.23 all the time, with just ignition on already.. Hmm
put high octane values into low octane table and voila, 15 degrees. Put low octane values into high octane table and all good, it is not referencing them at all.
I am using latest Sware rev.
anybody ever seen such a thing?

Are you using an SD tune and disabling the MAF? When you disable the MAF it defaults to the low octane table. If you want to use an SD tune use a couple of credits and use a custom OS then both tables work normally.

actually no, running MAF only mode using LS7 MAF inside a 100mm pipe on that LS1 PCM

You ever figure out why it was using the low octane table?
I too am encountering this problem when I am in closed loop with MAF and VE operating.
