2011 CTS-V, REP only at WOT, P1516 code?

Hey guys. It's been a long time since I have been on the forum, but just recently I put together a customers 2011 Cadillac CTS-V Coupe with the modifications as follows.

    LS9 cam
    D3 Cadillac Heat Exchanger
Stainless Works Headers with 2" primaries and 3" collectors
    High Flow cats
    Lingenfelter 2.55" upper pulley
    D3 9.0" lower pulley
Nitrous Outlet spray bar/lid spacer system
D3 Cadillac 4" Cold Air Intake
    ID850 Injectors
Standalone C16 fuel system in the trunk.

Tonight was the first night I took it out of the shop for some street tuning. It's real rough, but I was trying to dial in WOT fueling with no nitrous. However, every time I'd stand on it it'd go into REP with a reported P1516 code and some other one about MAF out of self test range.

I disabled all the Airflow checks in the diag section, and maxxed out the airflow values to no avail. When the car rolled in it did not have this issue. But now that it makes about 14 psi every WOT hit REP pops up. Am I missing something here? Log and tune attached.

Dads 2011 CTS-V- Stock bottom end, stock heads, LS9 cam, pullies, ported blower, ported TB, D3 goodies, and lots of nitrous.
    618/618 motor
    906/862 spray

Did you check if the blade of the TB is hitting anything, possibly the piping to the TB? also under torque management look at your boost MAP enable usually I just increase it over stock

No I have not checked the piping, although that's a damn good theory. I will run out the shop and see if I can find anything.

As for the boost diag, I think I bumped it up quite a ways but will double check.

    Thanks for chiming in.

Update. I checked the plumbing to TB, and it is miles away. I'm going to try a pedal relearn and a TB clean reset to see what it does. If it doesn't fix it I'll throw a truck Throttle body on it. And I guess move onto the pedal if all else fails.

Did you apply the MAF Patch? I'm at work and can't download your tune to check.

I'm sorry? MAF Patch? The E67 doesn't display that as an enhancement.

Not really sure if it's the culprit but I wiggled the connector on the TB with it running and it went into REP, however it threw several different codes having to do with High Voltage. I'm going to trace the wires and see if I can find a short or something and test it again.

Yep sure did! I have absolutely no idea how but the inside of the TB plug was full of antifreeze. Strange it even worked at all! Thanks guys for your help. Now on to change spark plugs!
