    Minor changes

Well I been doing ls swaps for friends and doing basic vats and dtc disable. Well one friend bought "cold air intake" and headers. What would I need to do to get it to perform the correctly. He said there's a slight delay from idle. This is a 5.3 4l60e with Dbc.
Only mods again are vats and dtc's disable. I also put afr to 1.10 on upper rpm range

Why would you lean the hell out of the top end??

That's like over 13 AFR at 5,000+ rpms, sounds like real bad news if you ask me. I'd fix that if I was you.

If you added a cold air intake and the MAF was relocated, you can re-tune the MAF to help it some.

Otherwise run the car, see what's going on, see what can be done to make it better. See if you can change timing or where to add fuel or reduce knock. Firm up shifts etc etc, you gotta play with it and see what's happening and go from there.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
